Laaleeglow LLC is not responsible for any packages sent to the wrong address. It is your responsibility as the consumer to double check and input the correct addresses during checkout. If you input the incorrect address, you have 24 hours to contact us at lala@laaleeglow.com with your order number and correct address. Laaleeglown isn't liable for any packages lost or stolen in transit via USPS. Please file a claim with https://www.usps.com/help/refunds.htm to receive order inquires or refunds. Upon the arrival or your package, you as the customer is responsible to retrieve your order in a timely fashion to avoid package being stolen.
